When we were called about this set of arms, there were very few welds left that hadn’t cracked. The hydraulic cylinders were in desperate need of replacement as well. We decided to make some adjustments, including: First we cut and ground out all of the cracks and repaired all of the welds, fishplating where necessary for strength Next, we modified the cylinder geometry and mounts to fit a standard and widely available cylinder We also moved the tilt cylinders from the bottom to the top side of the arms. The math for this was challenging to say the least.
